Writing For Publication

Throughout the year, sixth-grade students have explored a wide range of writing genres, experimented with topics, and developed their skills through revision and reflection. Each student has produced 60–80 pages of writing in personal writers’ notebooks and participated in multiple writing celebrations. This grant funds the purchase of blank books in which students will publish their final, polished pieces. These books will serve as a meaningful culmination of their growth as writers and a keepsake celebrating their hard work and creativity.
