Journalism Kits for New Hampshire Primary

This grant funds eight radio “kits” for the Journalism students to conduct field reporting at the New Hampshire primary this coming February. The state-of-the-art digital audio recorders and microphones will allow the journalism students to grown their content and put more stories out to the community. This equipment will allow the students to remain mobile in the field while in New Hampshire, conduct press conferences and sit-down interviews with candidates, poll on the streets with candidates and the general public, and provide commentary while an event is happening to provide an authentic feel.
