MHS Coffee Experience 

The “MHS Coffee Experience” program, established within the Culinary Arts department, aims to expand course offerings by teaching students the entire coffee production process—from raw beans to a finished cup. Students develop a new and tangible skill set while creating their own line of coffee for sale. The program is self-sustaining through product sales of roasted beans and beverages.
