Holy Smoke: A Smoker and Wood Chips for the Culinary Arts Lab

This grant funds a new smoker for the Culinary Arts Lab, enabling the students in Culinary classes and the Culinary Arts Club to master the art of hot and cold food smoking. The smoker will enhance the Culinary program by exposing students to alternative methods of food preparation and preservation, as well as outdoor cooking experiences.
